The m-ticket solution provides full family profile management, allowing users to create, edit or remove profiles for each household member.

Each profile can upload supporting documents (student card, proof of address, etc.) to access concessionary fares based on eligibility.

A shared wallet enables easy management and transfer of tickets between family members, delivering a smooth, personalised and flexible passenger experience.

The solution offers secure, flexible login options to suit all user needs.

Passengers can sign in using email and password, or via FranceConnect for a simplified, official authentication process where applicable.
Third-party services such as Facebook Connect are also supported, along with integration with your own authentication system (e.g. Keycloak), ensuring seamless alignment with existing IT environments.

The m-ticket solution adapts to all operational requirements through flexible validation management, aligned with your fare structure.

It supports offline validation, multi-validation, transfer handling and line-specific validation, depending on network rules.

Validation methods can be tailored to passenger needs, whether manual validation by the user, QR code scanning, or validation via an OMEA ID or third-party validator, ensuring a smooth, personalised experience.
